Silvia Rosende González (London, 1978), BA. in Political Science from the U. de Santiago de Compostela (2002), she has improved her academic education through an interdisciplinary approach: several courses in Sociology, Philosophy & Antropology (MA., 2006), and Contemporanean History (MA., 2009). Ms. Rosende has collaborated professionally in various research projects: urban planning, sustainability and social participation (2001-2003, 2007-2008); historical memory (2009). She has also worked in the areas of administrative management and social revitalisation. She has recently defended her Ph.D. thesis on the Galician land owning gentry of the nineteenth century, under the

supervision of Prof. Ramón Villares (2022). Ms. Rosende has always focused on pursuing her ultimate subject of study: social and historical change.
