Virginia Mosteiro Cagide (Melide, 2000) graduated in Cultural Sciences and Cultural Dissemination from the University of Santiago de Compostela (with a stay at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University (2020; Warsaw). She completed a Master's degree in Cultural Heritage Management at the University of Zaragoza (2023).

She is currently an FPU contract holder at the Faculty of Humanities of the Lugo Campus and is working on her thesis within the PhD Programme in Cultural Studies: Memory, Identity, Territory and Language. Her research deals with the study of domestic spaces in rural Galicia in the 19th and 20th centuries.
