Vitor Gustavo Ribeiro de Matos is a graduate of the Bachelor's degree programme in Philosophy from the Universidade Estadual de Santa Cruz - UESC (2022) and a Master's degree in the Master's programme in History and Sociocultural Analysis from the Universidad de Oviedo - UNIOVI (2023). She is currently working on her doctoral thesis within the framework of the PhD programme in Contemporary History at the University of Santiago de Compostela - USC.

The research focuses on the historical development of the Great Soviet Encyclopaedia and its role as a tool for the historiography of scientific and technological knowledge.
