Xabier Buxeiro Alonso (Rinlo-Ribadeo, 1990) is a graduate in History (2016, USC) and an Interuniversity Master in Contemporary History (USC, 2017). In 2017, he was awarded the extraordinary awards for the Degree in History (USC) and the End of Degree Award of the Autonomous Community of Galicia.
He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Contemporary History and works as a contracted researcher (pre-doctoral FPU) in the Department of History of the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC).
His lines of research focus on the study of coup violence in 1936 in the Spanish State, as well as social attitudes in this context.
