HISTAGRA researcher Stefania Barca, among the six most cited historians in history in Stanford University list

 

In the Stanford list "2022 data-update for "Updated science-wide author databases of standardized citation indicators", only six historians from Spanish universities appear, among them Stefania Barca, researcher of the HISTAGRA-USC Group and CISPAC.

 

These data, which have just been released, belong to the ranking considered to be the most prestigious worldwide, which includes almost 200,000 scientists belonging to different areas of study. The study analyses the top 2% of the highest percentile. The results are from a series of parameters that measure the impact and quality of publications.

 

Of the 61 researchers cited from the University of Santiago de Compostela, Stefania Barca is the only one from the Humanities.
