The HISTAGRA Group researcher Beatriz Corbacho González has won the Ferro Couselo Research Prize with the work, Labrando nutrientes. Intensificación agraria e manexo da fertilidade do solo nunha agricultura atlántica: Galicia, séculos XVII e XIX.

The prize is 4,000 euros for the author and the publication of the work. Beatriz Corbacho has been a PhD in History since 2017 with the thesis, Intensification of a peaseant agriculture and soil fertility in an Atlantic territory: Galicia, 1750-1900 conducted under the direction of the USC Professor Lourenzo Fernández Prieto and Professor David Soto Fernández.
