The Team of the Galician Democratic Memory Plan 2021-2024 organises the act of recognition to the victim of Franco's violence César Alberte Domínguez.

The event will be chaired by the Deputy Mayor of the City Council of Arnoia Doña Purificación Domínguez Rey.

The person in charge of the Galician Democratic Memory Plan 2021-2024, Lourenzo Fernández Prieto and part of the team of historians, archaeologists, forensic experts and geneticists who worked in the grave, as well as the family, will participate.

About the murdered:

Cesar Alberte Domínguez, native and neighbour of Arnoia, was murdered on 25 November 1936 in Castrelo de Miño, and buried in the Parish Cemetery of Filguera (Creciente). A carpenter by profession, he had been a councillor in Arnoia since February 1936. He had been arrested at his home to be ‘taken for a walk’.
