Pasts cycle:

Held at the Faculty of Xeography and History between November 2023 to June 2024, We continue with the cycle of conferences UNCOMFORTABLE PAST: WAR, MEMORY AND HISTORY, in which specialists in history, cultural studies and thought participated to analyse the past and memory, as well as their present treatment. these seminars were supported by the VOICES Network: Violence, Identity and Conflict in 20th century Spain.

In this course, we were joined by: Queralt Solé from the University of Barcelona; the Galician Democratic Memory Plan Group made up of historians, geneticists, archaeologists and forensic experts; José Ramón Rodríguez Lago from the University of Vigo and Ramón Arnabat from the Rovira i Virgili University.

HISTAGRA Research Seminars:

Held at CISPAC between January and June 2024. The HISTAGRA Seminars are a meeting point for collective debate between students, researchers, specialists, and in general, all those interested in the research lines of our Group and the work of the researchers we invite to present ongoing projects and new research results.  

In this course, we were joined by: Tamara López Fernández from the USC; Poonam Pandey from the University of Vigo and Jaume Franquesa Bartolomé from the University of Buffalo (USA).
