Paulo Cesar Gomes is editor-in-chief of the História da Ditadura website. Postdoctoral student in History at the U. Fed. Of Fluminense and PhD in History by the U. of Rio de Janeiro. Stay at the Institut des hautes études de l’Amérique latine. He is the author of the books Os capos catholicos and a Brazilian military ditadura and Liberdade vigiada: as relações between a Brazilian military ditadura e or governo francês. He was a researcher at the National Truth Commission of Brazil.
